Crown City Web Works was founded by Noreen Cruz. Noreen has over 20 years of experience in the areas of business development, operations and marketing. Her most recent role was vice president of US marketing at a Fortune 500 firm. Within that role, she worked on a broad range of issues including target account acquisition and sales processes; executive communications; market research; and external/internal communications, including internet and intranet development. Noreen also led the development, implementation and customization of the organization's interactive CRM (customer relationship management) platform.
